    ESTIMADOS SENSEI MAESTROS JUDOKAS Y ARTISTAS MARCIALES. ANALICEMOS HOY,
    CUANDO LAS INSTITUCIONES DISFRAZAN LA VERDAD DE MENTIRAS PARA CONVERTIRSE EN VERDADERAS CORPORACIONES ECONÓMICAMENTE MUY PODEROSAS.
    Comencemos por analizar está famosa frase de Winston Churchill.
    » La verdad es tan valiosa que en tiempos de guerra debe ir acompañada de una escolta de mentiras «.
    LA FEDERACIÓN MÁS MONOPOLISTA ES LA DEL FUTBOL, (LA FIFA). VEA LAS ULTIMAS REGULACIONES TAN POLÉMICAS REDACTADAS PARA ESTE MUNDIAL. 2026.
    PERO MUCHO OJO.  AHORA LA Federación Internacional de Judo (FIJ), ESTÁ COMENZANDO A IMITARLA.
    Y sus últimos procedimientos y normativas se están pareciendo mucho a una de la frase más famosas de Churchill.
    OJO, la FIJ. ya (NO) está protegiendo a sus afiliados y sus deportistas con tantas normativas y regulaciones.
    Ya no es la mentira protegiendo a la verdad por el bien común.
    Sino por el contrario la mentira como una fachada para camuflar intereses de la estructura en el poder para obtener beneficios económicos propios.
    La comercialización y los cobros por cualquier servicio.
    Y COMO SE DISFRAZAN LAS MENTIRAS?
    ​Cuando las instituciones. Especialmente las deportivas de alto nivel, entran en dinámicas de constantes cambios de reglamento.
    Hay que prestar mucha atención a sus propuestas.
    Ofrecen nuevas licencias, emiten certificaciones obligatorias o remodelaciones estructurales, para mejorar el espectáculo para la TELEVISIÓN y no la protección del atleta en competencia.
    Esa narrativa oficial siempre se vende bajo los siguientes sellos.                                        El del progreso de la organización.
    La modernización y actualización.
    Mayores reconocimientos a sus miembros o el de la seguridad de los atletas.
    Esa es la verdad oficial que la FIJ quiere proyectar al mundo.
    Pero está disfrazada de mentiras.
    PERO, LA VERDAD ES OTRA PARA LOS CONOCEDORES Y LOS AFECTADOS.
    Y COMO SE VE LA VERDAD.
    La desconexión de la cúpula:
    Mientras los clubes de base, los entrenadores y los atletas hacen sacrificios enormes para mantener vivo el deporte en el día a día.
    Las estructuras superiores a menudo se transforman en corporaciones orientadas a mantener el estatus y el estilo de vida de sus directivos.
    Hoteles de lujo.
    Los viajes en primera clase.
    Los viáticos exagerados.
    En las reuniones se ofrecen banquetes y fiestas que les permiten disfrutar continuamente esos beneficios y lucrar con el presupuestos.
    Y COMO SE OFRECE LO COMERCIAL Y LOS RECONOCIMIENTOS.
    Estás organizaciones cobran por todo.
    Derechos para la participación de eventos, regionales, continentales mundiales etc.
    Derechos de televisión.
    Patrocinadores.
    Filiaciones.
    Seminarios.
    Cursos.
    Diplomas.
    OTRA MENTIRA PIADOSA.
    LOS RECONOCIMIENTOS QUE OTORGAN.
    EL Salón de la fama.
    Las Medallas, trofeos, placas y diplomas.
    Otorgamiento de Grados Danés por resultados, (sin valorar el conocimiento que el mismo tiene que llevar implícito).
    Claro todos los anteriores reconocimientos unos son obligatorios y otros prácticamente gratis o de un costo mínimo. Un simple cartón.
    QUE SERÍA UN VERDADERO RECONOCIMIENTO QUE APOYE A SUS DEPORTISTAS.
    Que entreguen premios en efectivos a los campeones de alto nivel.
    Ejemplo.
    Pasajes para los próximos eventos y hospedajes que garanticen su participación.
    Crear intercambios de experiencias entre maestros y entrenadores destacados Gratis.
    Seminarios y cursos de árbitros gratuitos con más frecuencia.
    Campamentos de entrenamientos con los deportistas más destacados gratuitos.
    OBSERVACIONES.
    La falta de estimulación es una realidad pura y dura para cualquier disciplina con valores profundos cómo lo es el Judo.
    Cuando la gestión deportiva se aleja de la esencia del deporte para centrarse en la recaudación económica.
    Esa es la «escolta de mentiras» que acompaña a la verdad (los discursos de innovación y desarrollo) sirven precisamente para blindar un negocio muy lucrativo.
    ​Al final, es el eterno conflicto entre la pureza del deporte  su  disciplina y la burocracia que la administra.
    EN CONCLUSIÓN
    POR ESE MOTIVO FUE EL QUE JIGORO KANO SE OPONÍA A QUE EL JUDO,  LO CONVIRTIERAN EN UN DEPORTE OLÍMPICO O COMPETITIVO .
    PARA QUE NO PERDIERA NUNCA EL BENEFICIO MUTUO.

    Dear Sensei, Judo Masters, and Martial Artists, let’s analyze today how institutions disguise truth with lies to become truly powerful corporations.Let’s begin by analyzing this famous quote from Winston Churchill:«Truth is so valuable that in times of war it must be accompanied by an escort of lies.»The most monopolistic federation is that of football (FIFA). See the latest controversial regulations drafted for the 2026 World Cup.But be very careful. Now the International Judo Federation (IJF) is beginning to imitate it.And its latest procedures and regulations are bearing a striking resemblance to one of Churchill’s most famous quotes.BEWARE, the FIJ is no longer protecting its members and athletes with so many rules and regulations.

    It’s no longer a lie protecting the truth for the common good.

    On the contrary, it’s a lie as a facade to camouflage the interests of those in power to obtain their own economic benefits.

    The commercialization and charging for any service.

    AND HOW ARE THE LIES DISGUISED?

    When institutions, especially high-level sports organizations, engage in constant rule changes,
    we must pay close attention to their proposals.

    They offer new licenses, issue mandatory certifications, or make structural renovations to improve the spectacle for TELEVISION, not to protect the athlete in competition.

    This official narrative is always sold under the following banners: The progress of the organization.
    Modernization and updating.

    Greater recognition for its members or for the safety of the athletes.

    That’s the official truth the IJF wants to project to the world.

    But it’s disguised as lies.

    BUT, THE TRUTH IS DIFFERENT FOR THOSE IN THE KNOW AND THOSE AFFECTED.

    AND HOW THE TRUTH LOOKS.

    The disconnect at the top:
    While grassroots clubs, coaches, and athletes make enormous sacrifices to keep the sport alive day after day,
    the upper echelons often transform into corporations focused on maintaining the status and lifestyle of their executives.

    Luxury hotels.
    First-class travel.

    Exorbitant per diems.

    Meetings are lavishly catered for with banquets and parties that allow them to continually enjoy these perks and profit from the budget.

    AND HOW THE COMMERCIAL AWARDS AND RECOGNITION ARE OFFERED.

    These organizations charge for everything.

    Rights to participate in regional, continental, and global events, etc.

    Television rights.
    Sponsors.
    Affiliations.
    Seminars.
    Courses.
    Diplomas.

    ANOTHER WHITE LIE.
    THE AWARDS THEY GRANT.

    The Hall of Fame.
    Medals, trophies, plaques, and diplomas.
    Awarding Danish ranks based on results (without valuing the knowledge that this entails).
    Of course, some of the above awards are mandatory, while others are practically free or cost a minimal amount. Just a piece of paper.

    WHAT WOULD BE TRUE RECOGNITION THAT SUPPORTS ITS ATHLETES?

    That they award cash prizes to top-level champions.

    For example:
    Airfare to upcoming events and accommodations that guarantee their participation.

    Creating free exchanges of experiences between outstanding teachers and coaches. More frequent free referee seminars and courses.
    Free training camps with top athletes.

    OBSERVATIONS.
    The lack of motivation is a stark reality for any discipline with profound values, such as Judo.

    When sports management moves away from the essence of the sport to focus on financial gain.

    That is the «escort of lies» that accompanies the truth (the rhetoric of innovation and development) serves precisely to shield a very lucrative business.

    In the end, it is the eternal conflict between the purity of the sport, its discipline, and the bureaucracy that administers it.

    IN CONCLUSION

    THIS IS WHY JIGORO KANO OPPOSED JUDO BECOMING AN OLYMPIC OR COMPETITIVE SPORT.

    SO THAT IT WOULD NEVER LOSE ITS MUTUAL BENEFITS.
