Estimados Unión Panamericana de Judo
Celebración del Dia del Judo Panamericano.
Santiago de Chile, Chile.- Fenajudo Chile Judo Tradicional se suma a la gran celebración del 8 de Octubre, Día del Judo Panamericano y 73 Aniversario de la Fundación de la Unión Panamericana de Judo.En ésta importante fecha y recalcando que Fenajudo siempre ha estado bajo el alero de la Unión Panamericana, nos sumamos con celebraciones en nuestros diferentes Dojos y con todos nuestros profesores monitores y judokas avanzados y en formación.
Para tan importante fecha en éste 2025 hemos realizado una Gala de celebración con todos los Clubes adheridos, realización de Ascensos a Dan en el Dojo de Sensei Eduardo Yáñez hijo, que sigue la línea de Fenajudo
y UPJ, examinaciones a grado Kyu en Dojo Kokoro de Estación Central a cargo de Sensei Elizabeth Thompson, examinaciones Kyu con Sensei Pablo Rojas de Club Pitágoras de Curicó, quien viajó especialmente para tan importante fecha a examinar a sus alumnos en Corporación de Deportes Recoleta.Realización de Talleres de integración entre Judo Tradicional y Judo Paralímpico en Centro de Entrenamiento Paralímpico a cargo de Sensei Lizardo Suazo más el equipo de trabajo del Comité Paralímpico y Fenaddivi, federación de Deportes con discapacidad visual.
Son muchas las actividades que muestran nuestra adhesión y agradecimiento a la Unión Panamericana de Judo, dada la historia y tal como
mencionó la Presidenta de Fenajudo Chile, Sensei Elizabeth Thompson, 6to Dan de UPJ…»la lealtad es uno de los valores supremos de la vida marcial, al alero de UPJ hemos crecido, nos hemos desarrollado y hemos podido concretar aspectos de ésta noble disciplina Judo, que han favorecido ampliamente un judo integrador en todo el sentido de la palabra y que respalda el objetivo mayor de UPJ que es Judo Para Todos. Nos sentimos agradecidos y felices»…Deseamos larga vida a UPJ y que pidamos seguir trabajando y celebrando nuestra amistad marcial. Muchas felicitaciones por éstos 73 años.

Celebration of Panamerican Judo Day.
Santiago, Chile, Chile. – Fenajudo Chile, Traditional Judo joins in the great celebration of October 8, Pan American Judo Day and the 73rd Anniversary of the Founding of the Pan American Judo Union.
On this important date, and emphasizing that Fenajudo has always been under the auspices of the Pan American Union, we join in with celebrations in our various dojos and with all our instructors, instructors, and advanced and aspiring judokas.
For this important date in 2025, we held a celebratory gala with all participating clubs. We also held Dan promotions at the dojo of Sensei Eduardo Yáñez Jr., who follows the traditions of Fenajudo and UPJ. Kyu examinations were held at the Kokoro Dojo in Estación Central, led by Sensei Elizabeth Thompson. Kyu examinations were held with Sensei Pablo Rojas from the Pitágoras Club in Curicó, who traveled especially for this important date to examine his students at the Recoleta Sports Corporation.
Workshops on the integration of Traditional Judo and Paralympic Judo were held at the 
Paralympic Training Center, led by Sensei Lizardo Suazo, along with the team from the Paralympic Committee and Fenaddivi, the federation for sports for the visually impaired.
There are many activities that demonstrate our support and gratitude to the Pan American Judo Union. Given its history, and as mentioned by the President of Fenajudo Chile, Sensei Elizabeth Thompson, 6th Dan of UPJ, «loyalty is one of the supreme values 
of martial life. Under the auspices of UPJ, we have grown, developed, and have been able to realize aspects of this noble discipline of Judo, which have greatly favored an inclusive judo in every sense of the word and which supports UPJ’s greater objective, which is Judo for All. We feel grateful and happy.»…
We wish UPJ a long life and we pray that we continue working and celebrating our martial friendship. Many congratulations on these 73 years.
