Mi comentario de hoy est\u00e1 basado sobre los \u00faltimos acontecimientos y comentarios que he le\u00eddo y que han circulado en las redes sociales sobre el inter\u00e9s y las normativas de la FIJ. relacionados con el proyecto presentado para apoderarse y atribuirse todas las prerrogativas y los derechos como instituci\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n para el otorgamiento y reconocimientos de los diferentes grados Dan del judo a nivel mundial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

LA FEDERACI\u00d3N INTERNACIONAL DE JUDO O (FIJ.) NO ES M\u00c1S QUE UNA EMPRESA LUCRATIVA.<\/div>\n
Es importante que todos recordemos que la FIJ. vive, trabaja y se desarrolla con todos los beneficios qu\u00e9 va obteniendo de sus afiliados y sus patrocinadores.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Adem\u00e1s de organizar y ejecutar la organizaci\u00f3n de los eventos a nivel regional, como copas del mundo, GRAN PRIX. Y campeonatos del mundo, y por supuesto los fabulosos Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos. Ellos<\/div>\n
A trav\u00e9s de todos esos eventos.<\/div>\n
Consiguen recursos de sus patrocinadores.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Y Como lo hacen.<\/div>\n
Pues utilizando equipos electr\u00f3nicos sofisticados de tiempos y marcas. Que se manejan en el \u00e1rea de combate. Para el juzgamiento. Y por los cu\u00e1les les pagan. Esas empresas Fabricantes.<\/div>\n
Por los tatamis que se utilizan en las \u00e1reas de competencias y los judoguis que son aprobados como exclusivos para sus combates y establecidos de forma oficial por ellos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Esas empresas le otorgan ciertos y determinados beneficios econ\u00f3micos a cambio de la publicidad.<\/div>\n
La FIJ. se nutren de dichos recursos econ\u00f3micos.<\/div>\n
El m\u00e1s importe del que se nutren es:<\/div>\n
( LOS DERECHOS DE LA TELEVISI\u00d3N. ).<\/div>\n
Al transmitir sus eventos. Todos esos patrocinadores les aportan mucho dinero a LA FIJ.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

MUCHO DINERO.<\/div>\n
DINERO QUE NO UTILIZAN EN EL DESARROLLO DE LAS FEDERACIONES DEPORTIVAS NACIONALES.<\/div>\n
NI EN EL APOYO DE LOS ATLETAS QUE COMPITEN EN TODAS LAS COMPETENCIAS A NIVEL DEL ALTO RENDIMIENTO.<\/div>\n
ES M\u00c1S BIEN UTILIZADO PARA PODER GARANTIZAR LOS VIAJES A\u00c9REOS EN PRIMERA CLASE PARA TODOS SUS DIRECTIVOS DEL COMIT\u00c9 EJECUTIVO.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

TAMBI\u00c9N EN EL HOSPEDAJE DE TODOS LOS FUNCIONARIOS, EN HOTELES DE PRIMERA CATEGOR\u00cdA O CINCO ESTRELLAS Y EN HABITACIONES DE CLASE ALTA, PARA SU COMIT\u00c9 EJECUTIVO.<\/div>\n

TIENE UNA NECESIDAD SIEMPRE CRECIENTE DE CONSEGUIR RECURSOS ECON\u00d3MICOS.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

AHORA BIEN.<\/div>\n
HAY QUE BUSCAR NUEVAS FUENTES DE INGRESOS.<\/div>\n
Y de donde pueden salir esos fondos necesarios. De sus afiliados.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Por ejemplo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Piensa en los m\u00e1s de 50 millones de practicantes que cada a\u00f1o se afilian y se reportan por la FIJ. Como miembros en los m\u00e1s de 200 pa\u00edses en todo el planeta.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Dichos Afiliados tendr\u00edan la necesidad de pedir un grado Dan o su reconocimiento. Si eso lo solicitaran Tan solo el 5% de esos cincuenta millones equivaldr\u00eda a un cuarto de mill\u00f3n. De solicitudes a la FIJ. De su grado o reconocimiento. Y el mismo tendr\u00e1 un costo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Supongamos que el costo promedio tenga el valor m\u00ednimo de 150 d\u00f3lares.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Aunque todos sabemos que cada grado tiene un costo diferente. Que generalmente oscila entre 150 y 500 d\u00f3lares en dependencia del nivel del grado.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Para ilustrar hagamos una media. Esa media ser\u00eda as\u00ed. 150 d\u00f3lares. Con esa m\u00ednima cantidad.<\/div>\n
Estamos hablando de la astron\u00f3mica cifra de m\u00e1s de treinta millones d\u00f3lares anuales. Eso ser\u00e1 lo que se podr\u00e1 anexar la FIJ. en su presupuesto anualmente por ese concepto.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Para ser exacto $ 37 500 000 de dls.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Esas normativas y resoluciones le van a nutrir sus Arcas debido a los pagos que realizaremos NOSOTROS para adquirir o reconocer nuestros grados.<\/div>\n

Realmente este intento que no solo es econ\u00f3mico es arrogante, en primer lugar, intentan adue\u00f1arse de algo que es de todos, EL JUDO, el Judo no es de nadie, es de todos o al menos esa fue la idea original. Esto no es m\u00e1s que un intento de dejar de lado a los miles de organizaciones en el mundo que no hacen el Judo solamente como un deporte, lo hacen como una forma de educaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n integral, donde dentro de sus organizaciones tienen comisiones de ex\u00e1menes formada por Maestros m\u00e1s que probados en sus trayectorias y conocimientos que son los que examinan y entregan las credenciales. Este acto sigue bas\u00e1ndose en la obtenci\u00f3n de medallas y no desarrollo integral que forme verdaderos profesionales con dominio del gokyu, del randori, de las katas y la defensa personal. Fue en 2007 cuando nos opusimos a todas esas incongruencias y facilidades para el anillo y compra de votos.<\/div>\n

Con esto garantizan los votos cautivos y as\u00ed mantenerse en el poder de manera cuestionable.<\/div>\n
Lo otro es cobros exagerados en hoteles de los eventos internacionales por la estad\u00edstica opci\u00f3n de alojarse en un hotel diferente al de la organizaci\u00f3n; cobros de inscripci\u00f3n, etc.<\/div>\n
Por si no lo conocen para Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos de Atenas los dividendos Ol\u00edmpicos le dieron a la FIJ un valor muy cercano a los 10 millones de d\u00f3lares; \u00bfcu\u00e1nto est\u00e1n recibiendo ahora?<\/div>\n
Para el 2007 se prometi\u00f3 un mayor desarrollo mundial del Judo y arrancaron quit\u00e1ndole 20 cupos ol\u00edmpicos a Am\u00e9rica para d\u00e1rselos a Europa; la pregunta es: \u00bfha elevado su nivel el judo Panamericano luego del 2007?<\/div>\n
Busquen los cuadros de estad\u00edsticas de Campeonatos Mundiales y Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos y me contestan donde est\u00e1 la posici\u00f3n comparativa.<\/div>\n
El entorno, el anillo, los allegados al poder si tienen su modo de vida asegurado con excelentes beneficios $$$$$$$$$$$$$.<\/div>\n
Puedo escribir mucho m\u00e1s sobre esto, pero muchos lo obviaran o descalificaron, mas, pueden estar seguros de que los que hoy alaban e idolatran cuando est\u00e1 muy mala gesti\u00f3n caiga ser\u00e1n los primeros que la condenaran, anoten sus nombres!<\/div>\n

Desde que referentes mundiales de Judo que son dictadores en su pa\u00eds, se lanzan a hacer la guerra contra pa\u00edses vecinos y alguna federaci\u00f3n regala por amistad mal entendida el cintur\u00f3n negro a una presidenta de comunidad de manera inmerecida, no tengo mejor alternativa que renegar de mi cintur\u00f3n negro…Solo me vale lo que avala el Kodokan…y como yo, a ojos del kodokan soy cintur\u00f3n blanco, ostentar\u00e9 con orgullo este reconocimiento…que me gustosamente me aleja de gente indeseable que act\u00faan como aquellos compa\u00f1eros de instituto que daban palizas a un chico de 60 kilos que llevaba por nombre Jigoro Kano. A mi edad, una de lea pocas cosas que he aprendido es que hay que ser t\u00fa mismo y estar de acuerdo con tus convicciones…Y eso hago…por respeto a los que me han precedido y me han ense\u00f1ado…bien.\u00a0 Ser Cintur\u00f3n blanco por otra parte es una manera de volver a los or\u00edgenes que tanta falta hacen en tiempos como los actuales. Dear Sensei, Judo Masters, and Martial Artists, my comment today is based on recent events and comments I’ve read and that have circulated on social media regarding the IJF’s interest and regulations related to the proposed project to seize and claim all prerogatives and rights as an institution and organization for awarding and recognizing the different Dan ranks in judo worldwide.Frankly, I find it incredible, and the exclusion of the Kodokan and other national and regional organizations from this right is striking.Who and what empowers the IJF to arrogate this right?
\nFor the IJF, this project is definitely very important financially.
\nWe must be clear about this. The International Judo Federation (IJF) is nothing more than a for-profit enterprise.It’s important for everyone to remember that the IJF lives, works, and develops thanks to the profits it receives from its members and sponsors.
\nIn addition to organizing and running regional events, such as World Cups, Grand Prix, and World Championships, and of course, the fabulous Olympic Games, they obtain resources from their sponsors through all these events.
\nAnd how do they do it?
\nBy using sophisticated electronic timing and scoring equipment in the competition area for judging. These manufacturers pay the IJF for the tatami mats used in the competition areas and the judogis, which are approved as exclusive to their competitions and officially established by them.
\nThese companies grant the IJF certain economic benefits in exchange for advertising.
\nThe IJF. They are sustained by these economic resources.
\nThe most important source of income is:(TELEVISION RIGHTS).
\nBy broadcasting their events. All these sponsors contribute a lot of money to the IJF.
\nA LOT OF MONEY.
\nMONEY THAT THEY DON’T USE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL SPORTS FEDERATIONS.
\nNOR FOR SUPPORTING THE ATHLETES WHO COMPETE IN ALL HIGH-PERFORMANCE COMPETITIONS.
\nIT IS USED RATHER TO GUARANTEE FIRST-CLASS AIRFARE FOR ALL THEIR EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS.
\nALSO FOR ACCOMMODATIONS FOR ALL OFFICIALS, IN FIRST-CLASS OR FIVE-STAR HOTELS AND IN HIGH-CLASS ROOMS, FOR THEIR EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
\nIN PER DIEM ALLOWANCES RECEIVED BY EACH OF THE DIRECTORS WHO MANAGE THE EVENTS, DURING THE DURATION OF THE EVENT. AND PAYMENT
\nTO THE REFEREES.
\nIN SHORT, ALL OF THAT IS END UP SPENT ON TRAVEL, PER DIEM, VENUE RENTAL FOR CONFERENCES AND EVENTS.
\nINSURANCE AND POLICIES.
\nIT IS SPENT ON FOOD, REFRESHMENTS, MEETINGS, AND EVENTS.
\nAND OF COURSE, WE MIGHT THINK THAT WITHIN ALL OF THAT, SOME HINT OF CORRUPTION MIGHT ARISE.
\nIN SUMMARY, THE IJF
\nHAS AN EVER-GROWING NEED TO OBTAIN FINANCIAL RESOURCES.
\nNOW THEN. We need to find new sources of income.
\nAnd where can those necessary funds come from? From our members.
\nIt is important for everyone to remember that the IJF lives, works, and develops thanks to all the benefits it receives from its members and sponsors.

\nto the referees.
\nUltimately, all of that ends up being spent on travel, per diem allowances, venue rentals for conferences and events.
\nPolicies and insurance.
\nIt’s spent on food, refreshments, meetings, and events.
\nAnd of course, we could think that within all of these things, some hint of corruption might arise.
\nIn summary, the FIJ.
\nhas an ever-increasing need to obtain financial resources.
\nNow then.
\nWE NEED TO FIND NEW SOURCES OF INCOME.
\nAnd where can these necessary funds come from? From our members.For example.
\nThink of the more than 50 million practitioners who join and are reported to the IJF each year as members in over 200 countries worldwide.
\nThese members would need to request a Dan rank or its recognition. If they requested this, just 5% of those fifty million would amount to a quarter of a million applications to the IJF for their rank or recognition. And this will have a cost.
\nLet’s assume the average cost has a minimum value of $150.
\nAlthough we all know that each rank has a different cost, generally ranging between $150 and $500 depending on the rank level.
\nTo illustrate, let’s take an average. That average would be $150. With that minimum amount.
\nWe’re talking about the astronomical figure of over thirty million dollars annually. That’s what the IJF will be able to add to its annual budget for this purpose.
\nTo be exact, $37,500,000 USD.
\nThese regulations and resolutions will fill their coffers due to the payments WE will make to acquire or recognize our ranks.
\nNOT BAD FOR THE IJF.
\nRIGHT?CONCLUSIONS
\nI HOPE THAT OUR JUDO OFFICIALS HAVE THE INTEREST, AWARENESS, AND SOCIAL AND OLYMPIC RESPONSIBILITY TO INVEST IN THE ATHLETES WHO ARE THE REASON FOR ALL THE PROGRESS AND ECONOMIC BOOM THEY ENJOY.
\nCONTRIBUTING FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO THE FEDERATIONS
\nFOR:Scholarships. For athletes.
\nTravel. To events. Seminars for coaches and referees.
\nTatami mats for national federations.
\nChanging equipment (judogis and belts).
\nIt would be wonderful, friends, to receive this support from the IJF.
\nAs I always say, this is my opinion based on my experiences.
