Training models that ignore these changes often result in chronic overuse injuries, reduced performance, and premature withdrawal from practice.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"\">The goal for adult and masters judokas is not merely performance. It is sustainable performance.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"\">This requires:<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"\">\u2022 Intelligent load management in randori \u2022 Strategic distribution of intensity across the week \u2022 Targeted strength and power development \u2022 Mobility training specific to gripping and rotational demands \u2022 Structured return-to-tatami protocols after injury<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"\">Judo can be practiced at a high level well beyond 35. But it must be trained intelligently.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"\">As both a clinician and lifelong judoka, I am particularly interested in advancing evidence-informed training approaches that support long-term durability without compromising technical integrity.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #111111; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 22px; text-align: justify;\">Longevity in Judo is not accidental. It is designed.<br \/>\n______________________________________________________________<br \/>\nGran parte del entrenamiento de fuerza y \u200b\u200bacondicionamiento en judo se dise\u00f1a en torno al desarrollo juvenil y al m\u00e1ximo rendimiento competitivo en la edad adulta temprana.<br \/>\nSin embargo, el perfil fisiol\u00f3gico de un judoka de 38, 45 o 55 a\u00f1os es fundamentalmente diferente al de un atleta de 20 a\u00f1os.<br \/>\nLa rigidez tendinosa, la capacidad de recuperaci\u00f3n, la potencia neuromuscular y la tolerancia articular a la carga acumulada evolucionan con la edad.
