\"\"Santo Domingo, Republica Dominicana.-<\/strong> Un d\u00eda memorable cada 8 de marzo el que fue instituido como el Dia Internacional de la Mujer por la Asamblea General de la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) en la mitad de la d\u00e9cada de los a\u00f1os setenta del siglo pasado.
\nY es que 8 de marzo 1908 es parte de una tr\u00e1gico suceso que marco la historia donde 129 mujeres murieron calcinadas en un incendio en la fabrica Cotton Textile en Nueva York luego de que se declararan en huelga exigiendo reivindicaciones laborales y que el due\u00f1o de la empresa mando a cerrar las puertas de la instalaci\u00f3n lo que hizo imposible la salida de las trabajadoras al producirse el incendio
\nPara este 2024 la campa\u00f1a es\u00a0#InspireInclusion<\/a><\/span>\u00a0\u00a0la y que tiene el tema oficial por parte de la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) es\u00a0\u00abInvertir en las mujeres: Acelerar el progreso<\/a>\u00ab<\/span>, tema que viene como anillo al dedo dado que son ellas un motor important\u00edsimo del desarrollo de las naciones a nivel mundial.
\n\"\"Esta fecha nos encuentra mas que regocijados pues dentro de las estructuras de la Uni\u00f3n Panamericana de Judo ya pr\u00f3ximas a cumplir sus 72 a\u00f1os de vida institucional la mujer tiene un papel importante y definido en las diferentes estructuras como atletas, arbitras, entrenadoras, a nivel de dirigentes sin dejar de lado a las grandes colaboradoras por intermedio de sus hijos en el tatami, competencias y formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica.
\nEs pues que el Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo de la Uni\u00f3n Panamericana de Judo eleva el mas puro reconocimiento y felicitaciones a la mujer del judo continental comprometi\u00e9ndose a mantener ese ser sublime dentro de los planes y programaci\u00f3n del desarrollo pleno en los programas de la entidad con rango panamericano.
\n\"\"\u00abNuestro mayor reconocimiento en este Dia Internacional de la Mujer 2024 a todas y cada una de aquellas que han contribuido con el desarrollo del judo panamericano en sus diferentes facetas en que se desempe\u00f1an con una gran celebraci\u00f3n en este su d\u00eda\u00bb, as\u00ed se expreso el ingeniero Jaime Casanova Mart\u00ednez en su calidad de presidente de la Uni\u00f3n Panamericana de Judo (UPJ)<\/h3>\n
