Pero esta vez y ya sentado frente a AnnMaria quien hizo del judo como parte de su vida a nivel de Estados Unidos, toda panamerica y mundial me sent\u00ed haber recobrado el deseo de conocerla y admirar sus exposiciones en idioma espa\u00f1ol.<\/div>\n
Fue un verdadero placer honrar esa invitaci\u00f3n que nos hizo para estar presente en las instalaciones del Centro Educativo Cristiano James Davis donde con mas de 750 estudiantes hacen una beneficiosa instrucci\u00f3n educativa a ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes y adolescentes en esta comunidad.<\/div>\n

AnnMaria tiene en su historial ser la primera Campeona Mundial de Judo Femenino en 1984 compitiendo en los 56 kilogramos conjuntamente con la venezolana Natacha Hernandez, ambas representando a sus respectivos pa\u00edses y bajo la sombrilla de la Uni\u00f3n Panamericana de Judo.<\/p>\n

Es que en reconocimiento a su larga carrera en el judo y en base a sus logros medallisticos que la Uni\u00f3n Panamericana de Judo la exalto al Sal\u00f3n de la Fama del Judo Panamericano en su versi\u00f3n del 2009.
\nAnnMaria De Mars naci\u00f3 como AnnMaria Waddell el 15 de agosto de 1958 en la Base de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Scott, Ilinois en los Estados Unidos de Am\u00e9rica siendo sus padres Joseph Arthur Waddell y Marcella Ann.
\nDe Mars se gradu\u00f3 de la Universidad de Washington en 1978, obtuvo un t\u00edtulo en negocios, y luego realiz\u00f3 su MBA para despu\u00e9s hacer una maestr\u00eda y un doctorado de la Universidad de California y obtuvo sus t\u00edtulos en Psicolog\u00eda Educativa m\u00e1s adelante.
\nDe Mars cas\u00f3 con Ronald Rousey y tuvo tres hijas, Mar\u00eda, Ronda Rousey y Jennifer Rousey. Despu\u00e9s de la muerte de su esposo en 1995, se volvi\u00f3 a casar y dio a luz a su cuarta hija llamada Julia De Mars.
\nTiene en su historial importantes logros competitivos a nivel panamericano y mundial y \"\"adem\u00e1s como formadora de j\u00f3venes en el arte de Jigoro Kano a la vez que ha impulsado este deporte como entrenadora reflejando su eficiencia con su propia hija Ronda quien descoll\u00f3 en campeonatos mundiales, juegos ol\u00edmpicos y recientemente una vers\u00e1til carrera como estrella de la UFC.
\nInnumerables reconocimientos y una amplia laborar social son prendas que adornan a AnnMaria quien resalta su amor por el \u00e1rea caribe\u00f1a y que en esta oportunidad hace gala de ello en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

La Vega, Dominican Republic.-<\/strong> Many anecdotes and experiences, questions and answers and concerns in a short afternoon with AnnMaria De Mars and her companions in a meeting that might have taken place years ago.
\nBut this time and when I was sitting in front of AnnMaria, I made judo as part of her life in the United States, all over Panamerica and worldwide, I felt I had recovered the desire to meet her and admire her expositions in Spanish.
\nIt was a real pleasure to honor this invitation that she gave us to be present in the facilities of the Centro Educativo Cristiano James Davis where more than 750 students provide a beneficial educational instruction to children, young people and adolescents in this community.
\nAnnMaria has in her history of being the first Women’s World Judo Champion in 1984 competing in the 56 kilograms jointly with the Venezuelan Natacha Hernandez, both representing their respective countries and under the umbrella of the Panamerican Judo Union.
\nIt is in recognition of her long career in judo and based on her medalistic achievements that the Panamerican Judo Union exalts her to the All of Fame of the Panamerican Judo Union in its 2009 version.
\nAnnMaria De Mars was born as AnnMaria Waddell on August 15, 1958 at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois in the United States of America with her parents Joseph Arthur Waddell and Marcella Ann.
\nDe Mars graduated from the University of Washington in 1978, obtained a degree in business, and then took his MBA from her to later do a master’s degree and a doctorate from the University of California and obtained his degrees in Educational Psychology later on.
\nDe Mars married Ronald Rousey and had three daughters, Maria, Ronda Rousey and Jennifer Rousey. After the death of her husband in 1995, she remarried and gave birth to her fourth daughter named Julia De Mars.
\nShe has, in her history, important competitive achievements at the Pan American and world level, and in addition as a trainer of young people in the art of Jigoro Kano, since she has promoted this sport as a coach, reflecting her efficiency with her own daughter. and recently a versatile career as a UFC star.
\nInnumerable recognitions and a wide social work are gifts that adorn AnnMaria that highlight her love for the Caribbean area and that in this opportunity there is a gala of it in the Dominican Republic.
