La Asociaci\u00f3n de Judo del Estado Zulia de la Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela anuncio para la el pr\u00f3ximo 21 de noviembre 2020 a las 6:30 PM por Instagram Live en el programa de entrevistas DESDE EL PALCO @desdeelpalco20 el que es conducido por Wilfredo Garc\u00eda qui\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 un di\u00e1logo franco y abierto con el presidente del judo zuliano el ingeniero Carlos D\u00edaz Valbuena @judocadv<\/p>\n

El profesor D\u00edaz Valbuena fue por m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os Director T\u00e9cnico de Arbitraje de la Uni\u00f3n Panamericana de Judo (UPJ) y a el se le deben diferentes iniciativas en la impartici\u00f3n de justicia en el arbitraje a nivel mundial. Carlos D\u00edaz referente del judo nacional, regional, continental y mundial desempe\u00f1o sus funciones como miembro del Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo de la UPJ.
